The UAE has a small but growing list of dog-friendly outdoor spaces. Always verify hours before going — schedules change seasonally.
Beaches
- Wales Beach (Umm Suqeim 3): unofficially dog-friendly. Off-peak hours only.

- Kalba Beach: calm, dog-friendly stretches well-established.
Off-leash parks

Rules to remember
Always carry water and bags. Dubai Municipality fines for unleashed dogs in public range from AED 200–500. Boarding kennels won't accept dogs without rabies tags — bring tags on any outing in case you get stopped.
