Every provider submits a government-issued ID and a selfie that we match against the ID. Boarding hosts additionally submit 3-5 photos of their home environment. All providers complete a service-specific knowledge test before being approved by our team.

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe with end-to-end encryption. Customer funds are held in escrow and only released to the provider after the service is completed and you confirm satisfaction.
Every active booking has an Emergency button visible at the top of the screen. Tapping it alerts OnlyPaw support and connects you with the provider immediately. For life-threatening situations, call your local emergency number first.
Providers set their own prices in their local currency. OnlyPaw charges a small service fee per booking, disclosed before checkout.
Yes. Apply here or download the app and select "Provider" during signup. You'll need a government ID, a selfie, and (for boarding) photos of your home.
Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start are refunded in full minus payment-processing fees. Within 24 hours, cancellation may be subject to partial or no refund.
Every booking on OnlyPaw includes basic insurance covering provider-caused incidents up to a stated limit. Additional cover is available for boarding and high-value pets.
