OnlyPaw is available worldwide. Because it's a marketplace, who you can book depends on the providers approved near your address — the app shows who's available before you pay.
Providers set their own prices in their local currency, so you see each provider's rate before you book. At checkout OnlyPaw adds a service fee of 10% of the service price, with a minimum of USD 2 and a maximum of USD 20 (or the equivalent in your local currency), shown before you pay. Your payment is held and only released to the provider after the service is completed.

Yes, if walks are timed and sized for the heat. In hot climates such as the UAE and the wider Gulf, summer daytime temperatures regularly pass 40°C and pavement in direct sun can burn paw pads, so outdoor time belongs to early morning and after sunset. On OnlyPaw you can ask for early or late time slots and shorter walks, and discuss your dog's limits with the walker in the chat before booking.
One cancellation rule applies to every booking: you get a full refund (including the OnlyPaw service fee) if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start, and no refund after that. If the provider cancels, you always get a full refund.
