OnlyPaw’s commission is 25% on jobs priced under USD 150 and 20% on jobs of USD 150 or more (or the local-currency equivalent). OnlyPaw Pro subscribers pay a flat 15% on marketplace bookings.

Does the customer pay a fee too?

Yes. At checkout OnlyPaw adds a service fee of 10% of the service price, with a minimum of USD 2 and a maximum of USD 20 (or the equivalent in your local currency), shown before you pay. The fee is paid by the customer and does not come out of your price.

Earnings become available to withdraw 7 days after a job is completed. You can request any amount — there is no minimum — and payouts are made on the 1st and 15th of each month.

How OnlyPaw’s provider commission (25% under USD 150, 20% from USD 150) and the 10% customer service fee work, with worked examples and the Pro rate.

Fees are one of the first things providers ask about, so here is exactly how money moves on OnlyPaw — the same rules the app uses when it calculates every booking.

Two separate fees

Provider commission — taken from the price you set: 25% on jobs priced under USD 150 and 20% on jobs of USD 150 or more, or the equivalent in the booking’s own currency (about AED 551 in the UAE, SAR 563 in Saudi Arabia, GBP 117.00 in the UK, and so on).
Customer service fee — paid by the customer on top of your price: 10% of the service price, with a minimum and a cap equal to about USD 2 and USD 20 in local currency (AED 7 and AED 73, for example). It goes to OnlyPaw and is never taken from your earnings.

Commission is calculated on your service price only. A booking keeps the rate it was created with, even if the price is adjusted later.

Worked examples (USD)

$60 walk — commission 25% = $15, you earn $45. The customer pays $60 + $6 service fee = $66.
$200 boarding stay — commission 20% = $40, you earn $160. The customer pays $200 + $20 service fee = $220.
$300 boarding stay — commission 20% = $60, you earn $240. The customer’s fee is capped, so they pay $300 + $20 = $320.

OnlyPaw Pro

Providers on an active OnlyPaw Pro subscription pay a flat 15% commission on marketplace bookings instead of the 25%/20% tiers. Pro providers can also send proposals to customers they already know; those off-marketplace proposal bookings carry a 5% commission, because OnlyPaw didn’t find that customer for you.

Customers finding you in the app, and bookings, chat and scheduling in one place.
Payment collection: customers pay in the app before the job and the payment is held until it’s completed.
Identity verification, the knowledge test and document review that make customers comfortable booking a stranger.
GPS records for walks and pet taxi trips, photo updates, the SOS button and dispute review.

Getting paid
