Tips for pet owners in Arabian Ranches
- Register your provider with community security for gate access.
- Larger breeds need extra care in summer — keep walks short and early.
- A pet taxi saves the long drive in for vet or grooming appointments.
Dubai heat
From May to September Dubai's daytime highs regularly pass 40°C and humidity climbs in late summer. Pavement and sand in direct sun get far hotter than the air — hot enough to burn paw pads — so the safe windows are early morning and after sunset. October to April is mild and the best season for longer outdoor time.
Keep your pet's vaccinations and municipal registration up to date and carry the records — providers may ask to see them before the first booking.

Pet care in Arabian Ranches — FAQ
Can I book pet care in Arabian Ranches?
OnlyPaw is available worldwide. Because it's a marketplace, the providers you can book depend on who has been approved near your address — the app shows who's available before you pay.
How do I book?
Download the OnlyPaw app, add your pet’s profile, choose a service, compare nearby providers and pay in the app. Payment is held until the service is completed.
How are providers vetted?
Government ID and a selfie, a knowledge test with a 70% pass mark, service-specific documents, and a review by the OnlyPaw team before approval.
What happens in an emergency?
Every active booking has an SOS button in the app. It alerts the other party and the OnlyPaw team straight away. If your pet needs urgent medical care, contact a vet or emergency clinic first.
